Surfies Point is a bigger swell spot, needing more S and even a bit of E in the swell to make the big drops link through to the inside. The peak can wander a bit and is a rush when it gets to double overhead, leading into longish, well-mannered walls that spoke around the point towards the beachbreaks of Surf Beach. Here, a throaty left can form in the corner, tubing hard at size, otherwise it is rolling corners down the beach.

Rocks pop up at low tide, but give plenty of warning. Far, far safer than Express Point and within most intermediates range until it gets too big.
