More about Voodoo surfspot

Legendary lurching left that rarely shows its true magic, Voodoo is not for the weak of heart and mind. Sucks hard over the outside shelf, going angular at low and shoots down the line with power and pace. Difficult access, always crowded with protective locals and it's tricky to exit the water so only the most competent and confident of surfers should make the trek out through the National Park.

There are a few other kelpy reefs in the vicinity like Suck Rock, but again the local crowd don't take too kindly to strangers and bodyboarders dominate the slab. The Potters Point sewage outfall adds further risk to surfing this area.
