Surf: The beach fills in a bit south of here, making 12th Street a more fun, rippable wave. Mid tide rising, NW winds, and only NE to E swells.
Environment: Burgeoning boardwalk crowds and 10-5pm no surfing enthusiastically enforced by unsympathetic lifeguards.
