Surf: Frequented by surfers in the Letterkenny area, drawn to a selection of north-facing sandbars along a curving beach on the Fanad peninsula. Works best with a NW-N swell on the incoming tide and handles sizeable swells. Environment: One of North Donegal's busier beaches. Summer surf school.
