Hof Maravi surf guide

Hof Maravi is located next to the old city of Jaffa, offering some decent surf spots and nice views. It’s a beach break primarily known for its sandy bottom, making it a spot that can cater to different skill levels. The vibe is pretty laid-back, and it’s a good place to catch some waves with friends or just enjoy the scenery.

The surf here works best with a swell coming from the SouthWest, but it can also pick up waves from the NorthWest. You'll find that it handles swell sizes starting from about 1ft (0.3 meters), making it suitable for beginners. The waves generally break both left and right over the sand, which gives surfers a bit of variety. If you’re planning your session, the best wind direction is coming from the East, and it works well at all tide heights – low, mid, and high.

Since Hof Maravi is beginner-friendly, it’s a great place for novice surfers to practice and improve their skills. Just remember to check the conditions before you paddle out to make the most of your session!
