Surf: Nice A-frame with longer right breaking on a shallow rock ledge. Long walk down along the (often muddy) trail. This spot works with SE and E swells but needs windless conditions. Place to check when Portonovo is too small. Directions: Leave A14 at Ancona Sud and follow signs to Sirolo. From the village head North (500m) and turn right toward cemetery and Spiaggia dei Sassi Neri. The wave breaks in front of Restaurant Da Silvio on the extreme North of the steep SE exposed bay.
