Surf: The spot is located on the southern extremity of the bay, partly sheltered from SE winds. Long powerful righthanders appear on big SE swells. Directions: Portonovo is a nice little burg 10km south of Ancona along the North side of Mount Conero. Environment: Good water quality, rocky, crowded and localized.
