Surf: Just outside Pedasi, Playa El Toro is even more protected than Lagarto and really needs a good S pulse to hit the rocky fingers of reef off this beach. Short lefts and longer rights on the wrap will form at mid to low. Environment: Only the locals are likely to see it at its best and the rocks are a problem getting in and out.
