Surf: Excellent, challenging, lefthand reef, throwing up powerful walls with barrel sections. Needs a headhigh NW swell to start breaking, so it’s only moderately consistent. Environment: Hazards include strong rips and a large rock appearing in the middle of the wave. Only crowded with experienced chargers. Picturesque, rugged stretch of coast. Virtually no beachgoers, no facilities, no parking problems and no significant pollution.
