Surf: Between the islands, The Wharf reef at Salelologa has clean rights on a moderate SE-S swell. Unfortunately it is dead onshore in any E wind. Environment: An extensive fringing reef sits 1km offshore, curving towards the north and picks up Northern Hemisphere NW-NE winter swells from Nov - April. Aganoa surf camp access the bends, corners and passes of the reef by boat, usually surfing Blue Pools, a shapely large swell left.
