20/20’s is a surf spot located about a 20-minute walk north of camp. It's positioned where the fringing reef opens up, letting some smaller slower lefts roll in. There's also a sandy channel nearby that allows for a quick right, but be careful as it can be a bit shallow. Compared to other popular spots like G-Land, 20/20's tends to have fewer surfers, which can be a nice change if you’re looking for more space in the water.
The best time to surf here is when the swell comes from the SouthWest. You can expect good conditions when the swell size is around 3 feet (about 0.9 meters). The waves break over dead coral, offering lefts predominantly, but there are rights as well. Ideally, this spot works best on low to mid tides and can even handle a bit of high tide. For those planning a session, a south-east wind is preferable, making for a more enjoyable ride. It's a great spot for intermediate surfers looking to practice and improve their skills.
Keep in mind that although the waves can be fun, it’s best to be cautious about the rips and urchins around the area, especially during low tide. The crowd level tends to be lower here, so you might get more chances to catch some waves without too much competition.
