Surf: It’s quite difficult to find quality waves around Tharon Plage, but the tiny bay of Gohaud will appeal to beginners, with easy waves in a nice environment. Gently shelving sands favour incoming tide, but avoid high near the rocks. Environment: The fishing platforms on stilts (pecheries) make an unusual backdrop.
