Surf: Whittington Beach Park is easy to access as the Hawaii Belt Rd skirts close to Honuapo Bay. A left will rumble down the jumbled lava rocks and black sand base when bigger S to E swells are in the water. Needs plenty of N in the wind otherwise it will be a mess. Environment: Confident intermediates should cope with the power and it's rarely crowded.
