Surf: It's a long hike in (or 4WD) to surf the lonely left pointbreak, sheltered from the trades by Kaalualu Point, when big S swells are running. Mix of rock and sand sculpts some fast walls for those at ease with a bit of water moving around the cliffy south coast. Environment: First spot to begin to accept swell from the E and the point itself provides a little windbreak from the trades.
