La Pared surf guide
Surf: General: Right in Luquillo, there's a big breakwall in front of the road protecting the wide, sandy beach; it's pretty average beachbreak, good for learning. When it's super-good (a few times per year), it can actually get very hollow and powerful.

Season: Late summer and fall for tropical cyclone swells but late fall through early spring for consistency.
