La Saladita surf guide

Surf: Any wave that is nicknamed Ubilam because it is a mirror of Malibu must be good. Long, walled-up, crumbling lefts are perfect for the longboard crew when it’s small, yet La Saladita can be a real treat on a shortboard at double-overhead from the SW. Works all year-round and there is decent accommodation and surf camps in the area. Environment: It’s a long paddle to the point, but rides over a minute long are the usual reward. La Saladita is about 45 minutes drive from Zihuatanejo.
