Surf: Between the marina and a long jetty, Leste Oeste’s urban beachbreak can be weak and junky or steep and dumpy, depending on its mood. SE wind is cross-shore and it won't be so fat at low water. Environment: Always crowded as it is slap bang in the middle of town.
