Loji is a surf spot located just a short drive south of the Pelabuhan Ratu harbour. It features a long, shapely point break that primarily produces left-hand waves. While it can catch some good swells, it typically needs a solid S-SW swell to really get going. The wave isn’t too challenging, making it suitable for intermediate surfers looking for a chill session. It can get a few surfers when conditions are right, so don't expect it to be empty.
This spot works best with swells coming from the South and SouthWest and can handle sizes around 3ft (about 0.9 meters). When the conditions align—specifically with an East wind—surfers can enjoy some fun lefts breaking over boulders. It’s workable across low, mid, and high tides, giving you some flexibility in timing your surf sessions.
If Loji is too small, there are more lefts further up the beach, but it’s worth checking the rotating conditions here first. As it's not too crowded unless it’s firing, you might find yourself enjoying a more relaxed surf experience.
