Surf: Pollock Beach is where The Pipe breaks in all small swells and is even rideable in light onshores from the E. The Clubhouse end will handle more size, but it is probably way better elsewhere. Environment: Flat Rocks, further south, may hold some decent hollow high tide rights that the local bodyboarders are all over.
