Rena Majore surf guide

Rena Majore is a long beach situated just west of Santa Teresa along the road to Sassari. It offers a decent surf experience with several peaks that are best under windless west swells. The spot is fairly inconsistent, which means it’s not often crowded, making it a nice option if you're looking for some space to catch waves.

The surf at Rena Majore works best with NorthEast swell directions, but can also handle SouthWest and NorthWest swells. It breaks over an uneven reef and sand, with wave sizes generally around 2ft (0.6 meters). You’ll find both left and right waves here, which can be fun for surfers at a beginner level. The ideal wind direction is from the east, and the waves can be surfed at low, mid, and high tide, providing flexibility depending on the conditions.

This beach caters well to beginners due to its softer waves and approachable environment. When it’s on, you can enjoy a range of wave types, whether you're just getting started or looking to improve your skills. Overall, Rena Majore is a solid spot to check out if you're in the area and want to catch some waves without much hassle.
