Surf: At The Box, in the lee of the south jetty, you can find nice, wedging right-handers on a S swell with full N wind protection. Excellent (and popular) summer spot. Environment: Be careful: The Box can produce some dangerous currents (not to mention powerful pitching waves) when the swell exceeds 8 feet. Some shark danger.
