Surf: Praia de Frouxeira is a long arcing beach with consistent, excellent quality peaks along it’s length. There’s a hollow right off a rocky island and a lagoon in the centre. Better at lower tides. Environment: Swell and occasional crowd magnet when everywhere else is flat. Eastern (Valdoviño) end fills up with beachgoers in summer, but plenty of space along rest of beach. Good beach and camping facilities.
