Surf: Messy righthand point that sometimes fires next to long due S-facing beachbreak. Directions: From Wanganui head north on London Street, Great North Road, State Highway 3. At Waverly turn left onto Oturi Road, then continue onto Waverly Beach Road, down to the beach. Drive west or east along Waipipi Road in seach of a good peak, with the best break to the west. Environment: Next to Cave Beach unusual rock formations.
