Caridad surf guide

Caridad is a surf spot located in a beach town that offers a decent option for surfers looking to catch some waves. Despite the beach town facilities nearby, the crowd here tends to be low, which can make for a more laid-back surf session. It's a place where you can enjoy some time in the water without feeling too crowded.

The best surfing happens here with a good East-Northeast swell and at high tide. You’ll mainly find a left-breaking reef wave that’s suitable for intermediate surfers. The spot handles swell sizes around 3 feet (about 0.9 meters), and the optimal swell direction is from the Northeast. If there’s some North or East swell, you might find some fun rides. With west winds helping out, you can have a nice session as the wave breaks over LiveCoral, making for a more exciting surf experience.

Since it’s a reef break, be mindful of the conditions and choose your time wisely. It’s a solid spot for those who are comfortable at an intermediate level, looking for something that’s not too crowded but still a bit of a challenge. Bring your gear and enjoy the surf when the conditions align!
