Surf: Further east at Alofau, the bowling lefts at Liea Point are known as Gas Stations and need a decent SE swell to wrap around the point and break smaller but cleaner in E trades. Shallow end section so high tide only. Environment: Long paddle from town or take steep trail from old filling station on coast road. Ask locals for parking permission.
