Surf: The first easily accessible beach from the west. Usually short, fast and really, really hollow in an offshore westerly. Dead low and high make it shut down or turn into a big shoredump, so around mid incoming and outgoing are the pick. Environment: Surfer lifeguards will oblige by not putting the swimming area at the best sandbar. Rarely crowded, with plenty of peaks to choose from, but strong rips with size.
