Surf: Long lefts or rights will break off either side of this private pier (now demolished!), depending on the swell direction. All tides. Same conditions also apply to the beachbreaks south of here. Less consistent than Main Beach, so generally a smaller crowd. The pier cuts the swell drift a bit, but the line-up still suffers from some hefty currents. Access along the high tide mark via the parking lots north and south of the condo development.
