Surf: Swell and wind protected beach with lined-up sandbars held in place by nearby reefs. Picks up less swell than El Palmar and Cabo Roche and high tide just dumps onto the beach. A good choice when El Palmar is blowing strong E or is maxed out. Access: look for signs for Playa de la Fontanilla. The beach is to the left of the big rocks. Environment: Rarely crowded.
