Fonte da Telha surf guide
Surf: General: The waves tend to be smaller at this sleepy resort than at Costa da Caparica, so it can be a good option when the swell jacks up. Sand banks are fickle - can occasionally be excellent, but low may close out and high can can be a shore dump - best in between. Loads of room to explore.
Tides: Not dead low or dead high

Wind: NE, E
Swell: Big NW or W, SW

Paddling: Easy when small, can lack channels as size picks up.
Spot Rating: Long stretch of cliff backed beach with shifty peaks. Tends to lack really defined banks but can have fun walls that close-out at high tide.
Access: Plenty of car parks in town, and parking places along the beachside road heading south.
Crowds: Crowd Factor: Lots of room to spread out.
Local Vibe: Relaxed.
Environment: OK, can be polluted after rain
