Surf: The sketchy, barrelling righthander at Boat Harbour breaks very rarely, needing NE swell and S winds, but when it does, local Mahitians descend. Breaks super-shallow over the rock shelf and tests your ability to air drop into the square-floored barrel, making it a favourite with bodyboarders. Environment: Watch out for boats in the channel and sharp rocks when jumping off the shelf out near the tip into the line-up.
