Surf: Popular longboard and intermediate spot on wrapping S swells or a due N. Spokes around a reef opposite the disused concrete pier and shoulders off into deeper water. Gets very shallow at low and can be polluted by stormwater canal after a downpour.
Environment: Gets crowded.
