P.V. Martin's surf guide
Surf: General: Driving south on A1A from Vero, some interesting breaks are rumored to hide behind the gated communities past South Beach, but you won't find another confirmed surf spot for another eight miles.Located about two miles south of the St. Lucie County line, and three miles north of Ft. Pierce Inlet's North Jetty, P.V. Martin's is named for the restaurant that overlooks the break. It requires at least a chest-high wave and is hardly an epic setup. Breaking best on low tide and catching all but the Bahama-blocked south swells, P.V.s is perfect for the surfer who doesn't appreciate the crowd or the fee at the North Jetty.
