A fickle but fun beachbreak that refracts in sizeable NW swells and makes the best of any S swell. It produces the best sandbars around, but the currents are usually stronger than the beaches further north. Mostly short, but powerfull waves when it is on.
One camping site on either end of the beach.
In the camping in the far souteast end of the beach you have to pay NOK 10,- (a GBP,- worth) to park.
Like all bigger beaches on Jæren, the dunes are vulnerable to erosion so use established paths. Pay to park in the southeast campsite.
