Hultin's surf guide
Surf: General: Hultin's is really outside Laniakea, positioned just west of what is the top of Jocko's and east of the more regular Laniakea takeoff zone. Like Laniakea, Hultin's is a righthander that will meld into Laniakea proper, especially during the more favorable northerly angled swells strike the North Shore.

Swell: NW to NNE

Spot Rating: Really just a further out take-off spot of Lanis, especially on the more northerly swells.
Access: Easy: Park in the dirt lot on the inland side of Kam Highway, just across from Laniakea beach.
Crowds: Crowd Factor: Hit or miss, but count on at least a handful of surfers out when it's breaking.
Local Vibe: Humility and respect appreciated.
Environment: Intermittent run-off during period of heavy rain.
Hazards: Reef, long hold-downs, sharks, strong currents, swinger sets that close out the line-up.
