Surf: A scattering of small jetties in the Pierpont area, south of California St and the Ventura pier. Various beachbreak peaks, mainly lefts; good with small, peaky swells. Fun during the summertime, the earlier the better since afternoon NW wind blows it out. Never crowded, plenty of room. Environment: Access is by parking at the end of any of the 24 residential streets between Marina Park and San Pedro Street.
