Depending on the swell direction, you’ll find both lefts and rights available, with low tide being the best time to hit the water. For your best chances, look for south-east winds to set up the right conditions.
When you head out to surf at Bog Works, it's essential to keep in mind that this spot is recommended for those with a solid level of experience. Make sure you're comfortable with reef breaks, as the uneven surface can present challenges. Parking is available near Mount Bryan Reserve, and from there, you can easily find the steps down to the beach.
