Surf: Rocky peaks along the beach on the way out to Cape Egmont. Exposed and often empty. Directions: From New Plymouth head south west on South Road, The surf Highway, State Highway 45. Go through Warea and turn right onto Bayly Road or Pungarehu Road, then drive along Coast Road and find the beach breaks just on the north side of the left hand point, Fin Fuckers. Environment: Park in the lay bys all along this road.
