Surf: Very similar to Cenitz, but without the defined shape and it is often just a mess of close-outs and reforms. Sandbars forming over the rock shelf may help as will avoiding the extremes of tide. Environment: Gets crowded in summer with all the holidaymakers from the big campsites on the access ring road, plus the St Jean de Luz locals looking for better swell exposure.
